Mango Pulp is primed from certain varieties of Fresh Mango Fruit. Those fully matured mangoes are harvested and quickly transported to the processing unit, after inspection, washing is completed. All the selected ripe mangoes send to the control chamber and fully ripened mango fruits are pulped. The preparation process consist of cutting, refining, and packing. In the case of an aseptic product, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags and OTS cans. Pulp is pasteurized and frozen in plate deep-freezers. Mango Pulp is suitable for conversion to juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese, and various other kinds of beverages. Also, it can be used for bakery purposes including puddings, fillings, fruit meals, cheesecake for children, and flavors for the food industry
